A unique fitness class that combines the Zen of yoga and the high intensity of a bootcamp. It's the perfect blend of strength, mobility, flexibility and cardio in-one, cued to breath.
Instructor: Leigh Anthony Brethour. Leigh began his fitness career as a competitive athlete mainly focusing on football. He followed a passion for teaching others, and became a yoga instructor. Over the years, he developed a strong following and continued to grow his personal practice. As his fitness journey continued, he came back to his athletic roots and rediscovered the benefits of high intensity and strength training. Leigh is excited to share his passion for exercise and personal growth through this new Zen Boot Camp class.
