Hosted by Dr. Matthew Bellamy, Professor of History at Carleton University. Dr. Bellamy’s historical work on brewing has been recently published in The WalrusCanada’s History MagazineLegion Magazine, the Canadian Historical Review, and the international journal of Brewery History. He is also a contributor to Taps: The Beer Magazine. He is currently working on a book-length history of the Labatt’s brewery.
