Cardio-Strength-Core Blast – ONLINE Class!

This class will give you the total body workout you are looking for. Forty minutes of cardio and strength intervals, followed by twenty minutes of core exercises.  You are guaranteed to improve your strength, muscle tone and flexibility. Class is offered online through Zoom video conferencing.
