Want to book a birthday party? CAG has options for you! Both the Old Town Hall Community Centre and the Brantwood Park fieldhouse are available for birthday parties, with a range of options from a do-it-yourself party to a full party package.

Old Town Hall, 61 Main Street:
Basic Party Package: 

The upstairs and main floor rooms can be booked for Saturday and Sunday afternoons, 2:00 - 4:00 p.m.
Capacity: Up to 30 people (children and adults). Contact or 613-627-0062 for information.

Included in the basic package:
- Tables and chairs for up to 30 people, with preschool-size chairs available
- Access to kitchen. Plates, cups, utensils and other kitchenware is not supplied.

Brantwood Park field house, 39 Onslow Crescent:
Basic Party Package:

The field house program room can be booked Sunday mornings from 10:00 a.m. to 12:00 pm (noon) and Sunday afternoons from 2:00 to 4:00 p.m.
Capacity: Up to 20 people (children and adults)

Included in the basic package:
- Tables and chairs for up to 20 people, with preschool-size tables and chairs available.
- Use of kitchen. Access to mugs, dessert plates, cutting knife and cutlery for 20 people. - - Use of kitchen, including fridge/freezer space, kettle, coffee maker, microwave and  dishwasher.
Cost: $94

Equipment Package add-on: Add to on of the following to your party package:
- Ping pong table, foosball, scooter hockey (Old Town Hall only)
- Soccer nets, balls, pylons, team bibs (Brantwood Park fieldhouse, in season only)
- Flag football equipment (flag belts, balls, kick stands, pylons, team bibs - Brantwood Park fieldhouse, in season only)
- Toys for children (either location)
- Games supplies (balls, hula hoops, parachute, crawl tunnels etc for outdoor fun, recommended age 4 to 6 years - Brantwood Park field house, in season only)
Equipment add-on cost is $20. Families must also book the Basic Party Package.

Coordinator add-on: You can book a coordinator to organize the children’s activities using the chosen equipment for the first hour of your party. Please contact or call 613-230-0076 to confirm availability before you book.
Coordinator add-on is $20. Families must book the Basic Party Package and the Equipment Package add-on.

Availability and booking:
Available dates and timeslots can be viewed and bookings made through the CAG website at, under Parties and Events.

Terms and conditions:
Two weeks’ notice of booking required.
Minimum of two adults to attend the party. An adult must supervise the children at all times.
Booking of the field house does not include reserved space in the park. Birthday party guests are asked to share the park with other users.
The facility will open 30 minutes ahead of time to drop-off cake, decorate etc.
A CAG staff person will be at the facility to open and close the building, and answer any questions you might have.
Please leave the facility in the condition it was found. Thirty (30) minutes is allocated after the party for clean-up.
If you chose to bring disposables cups, plates etc, please bring garbage bags to take your garbage home.
Brantwood Park field house and Old Town Hall are peanut and nut-free facilities.
