CAG offers a variety of beginner and intermediate yoga classes, with several styles taught by veteran instructors. Our Vinyasa, Hatha, and Yin classes are perfect for practitioners looking to develop and maintain their skills. All emphasize different techniques, and if you’re interested in yoga you’re sure to find one that works for you. All classes run for 12 weeks.
New classes start in September at the Old Town Hall. Please register early, as programs that have not reached minimum numbers 7 days prior to their start date may be cancelled.
