In spring and fall, sports equipment is made available. In the winter, participants often take advantage of the wonderful outdoor rink in Brantwood Park.

A potluck supper is part of the fun; each family brings a simple and nutritious food item to be shared. Plates, cutlery, cups, etc., provided, as well as use of a coffeemaker, coffee, dishwasher, fridge and microwave. There is no stove.
