Birthday Parties

Want to book a birthday party? CAG has lots of options for you! Both the Old Town Hall and the newly revitalized Brantwood Park field house are available for birthday parties, with a variety of options offered from a do-it-yourself party to a full party package.

At Old Town Hall, 61 Main Street:
Basic Party Package:

Upstairs room can be booked depending on availability from 2:00 - 4:00 p.m. on Saturday afternoons.
Included in your booking:
Tables and chairs (including preschool size if required)
Use of kitchen (no plates, cups etc supplied)
Up to 30 people (children and adults)
Cost: $80

At Brantwood Park field house, 39 Onslow Crescent:
Basic Party Package:

Program room can be booked depending on Sunday mornings from 9:30 - 11:30 a.m. and Sunday afternoons from 2:00 - 4:00 p.m.
Included in your booking:
Tables and chairs (including preschool size if required)
Use of cups, dessert plates, cutlery, (including knife to cut your cake), napkins fridge/freezer, microwave and dishwasher.
Up to 20 people (children and adults)
Cost: $80
Equipment Package add-on: Add to your party package the use of one of the following:
- Foosball table and Ping pong table
- Soccer nets, balls, pylons, team bibs
- Flag football equipment (flag belts, balls, kick stands, pylons, team bibs)
- Playgroup toys
- Junior fun and games supplies (obstacle course, crawl tunnels, hula hoops, parachute etc for outdoor fun, recommended age 4 to 6 years)
Cost: Equipment Package is $20. Families must also book the Basic Party Package. Total cost $100.

Coordinator add-on: You can book a coordinator to organise the children’s activities using the chosen equipment for the first hour of your party (9:30 - 10:30 a.m. or 2:00 – 3:00 p.m.). Please contact info@ottawaeastcag.ca or call 613-230-0076 to confirm availability before you book.
Cost: Coordinator add-on is $20. Families must also book the Basic Party Package and the Equipment Package add-on. Total cost $120.

Kids Create add-on: Book a craft party for your child with KidsCreate!
Children Love: Discovering materials, learning art and craft techniques and creating truly original crafts with their friends.
Parents Love: Hosting a stress-free party and having time to celebrate with their birthday child.
Your 2 hour Party includes:
- Up to 8 children
- All craft supplies for your chosen project
- Quality and enthusiastic instruction with Mrs Create
- Custom designed invitation in pdf format for you to print off
- Party photos uploaded to a password protected page on the KidsCreate website

Availability and booking:
Available dates and timeslots can be viewed and bookings made through the CAG website at www.ottawaeastcag.ca/registration, under Parties and Events.

Terms and conditions:
Two weeks’ notice of booking required
Minimum of two adults to attend the party, an adult must supervise children at all times.
Booking of the field house does not include reserved space in the park, birthday party guests are asked to share the park with other users.
Facility will open 15 minutes ahead of time to drop off cake etc.
Please leave the facility in the condition it was found, half an hour is allocated after the party for clean-up.
If you chose to bring disposables cups, plates etc you are asked to take your garbage home.
Maximum number 20, to include attending adults at the Brantwood Park field house, 30 to include attending adults at the Old Town Hall.
Brantwood Park field house and Old Town Hall are peanut and nut free facilities.
