I am not going to be able to attend every class, can I pay for just the ones I am able to attend?

We have single class passes available for most fitness classes provided the class is not sold out.  Otherwise you must pay for the full session from the date you register.

How many are registered in the class I want to register for and will it run?

The best way to ensure a class will run is to register for it. We review the minimum numbers for a class 7  business days before it starts. We do not release registration numbers.

Can we rent a room here?

Yes, dependent on availability.  Please see our rentals page for details.

Can my child register even if they do not meet the minimum age?

They must meet the minimum age requirement by the end of the program.  This is so we can meet the needs of all the children in the program, the youngest as well as the oldest.

When does registration open for the next session?

Fall registration opens the first Tuesday in September. Winter registration opens the first Tuesday in December. Spring/Summer registration opens the first Tuesday in March. Summer Camp registration opens the first Tuesday in January. After School programs open registration the first Tuesday in March

Can I put up a poster at the Old Town Hall or field house?

Yes, we accept posters for any happening in Old Ottawa East providing we have room on the boards. Posters should not be any bigger than letter size. We are sorry but we are unable to accept posters for events outside of Old Ottawa East unless there is a direct link with the community. You can drop posters off for consideration at the Old Town Hall office.

Can I post event info on the CAG Facebook page or could you send it out via the CAG eUpdate?

Yes, if the event/happening is taking place in Old Ottawa East and is community oriented in nature and family friendly. You can post on the CAG FaceBook Community Noticeboard at www.facebook.com/groups/ottawaeastcag.

You can email your event info to admin@ottawaeastcag.ca to ask if it can be included in eUpdate.

When will I know if my class is cancelled?

We will email a few days before the class starts.

Can you hold me a spot in this class, I will come in next week?

Sorry, we cannot hold a spot for anyone without payment and completed registration, but you can register 24 hours a day online.

I cannot afford the fees, can you provide assistance?

Yes, we have financial assistance available for those who live in the community.  Please complete the form at www.ottawaeastcag.ca/registration and either email it to info@ottawaeastcag.ca or drop off at the Old Town Hall.

I want a refund, how do I get one?

Refunds can be issued for from the date of the request providing the refund does not take the class below minimum numbers. There is a $10 admin fee  ($25 for camps ).

For After School refund requests, one full calendar month’s notice is required and the deposit is non-refundable. Parents should contact Carol or Megan.
