Tasty Tomatoes.
10:30 a.m. to noon, Children's Garden (corner Main and Clegg).
Children are invited to explore the wonders of growing their own food without the use of chemical fertilizers and pesticides. Help harvest ripe tomatoes, herbs and other veggies to create a zero-mile seasonal recipe right in the garden. And, of course, you get to taste it! A workshop by Growing Up Organic. All ages welcome.
$2 donation suggested.
