Instructor: Andre Beaulne is half of the award winning dance team of Francine & Andre. The couple has danced together competitively since the late 1980s having won virtually every competition they entered in Ballroom & Latin dancing in National and International competitions. They have been teaching all styles including International Ballroom & Latin, American Smooth & Rhythm, Swing, Salsa, Rock & Roll and Argentine Tango since 1996 in Ottawa and throughout North and South America. Andre trains professional teachers and students for both medal test and professional exams while also judging many championship dance competitions.

Why should the kids have all the fun! This is your chance to unleash your creative juices and try abstract art. You will start out with paper and water-based paint, will be introduced to a variety of abstract painting techniques and learn how to incorporate texture and collage into your work. By the end of the course you will have produced your own art work with acrylics on canvass that you are proud to hang.

Instructor: Lorrie Beaton is an Expressive Arts Practitioner and holds a post graduate certificate in Expressive Arts from Sir Sandford Fleming College at the Haliburton School of Art. She is a graduate from the University of Ottawa with a B.A. in Theatre (Honours) specializing in Directing and is a practising Visual Artist, who paints in the style of Abstract Expressionism. Re-connect with your mind and body in this active yoga practise. Each class includes breath awareness, postures, and the linking of both. A variety of standing and seated postures, balancing poses, backbends, twists, and inversions will be linked to create a flow or “vinyasa.” Good form and alignment is emphasized.
