Ever wondered if you would like Pilates or Zumba or Bootcamp or another CAG fitness class? Or thought about signing up for Yoga but worried it would be too hard? So in the end you didn't sign up and miss out. Here is your chance! CAG is offering a fabulous opportunity for you to try any of our fitness classes for free before registration opens in December for our winter programs. November 19 - 24 will be CAG's "Try it For Free Fitness" week.
Pre-registration is required to attend these classes. You will need to register in advance online here and bring your receipt to class with you. There are limited number of spaces in each class so register early, you don't want to miss out!
