BETTER Body Boot Camp in the Park

Better Body Bootcamp is a fun, dynamic and challenging workout that incorporates functional movement, coordination, agility drills, cardiovascular and resistance training, core strength development, postural awareness and flexibility education. The workouts are designed to suit all levels and can be adapted to meet your fitness level and goals at any stage of the program. This bootcamp incorporates bodyweight, tubing, hand weights, stability balls, skipping ropes, BOSU, and much, much more to create a unique program every time you attend. SOCCER in the Park (3 - 6 years)

Each week starts with a fun warm up with our enthusiastic instructors, moves on to some age appropriate drills, and finishes up with a fun game.  The emphasis is always on participation. Our aim is to provide your child with a fun and positive early soccer experience that fosters the joy of playing for many years to come! Starts September 15 - more information and registration here

URBAN Pole Walking

Learn how to incorporate Urban Poling Nordic walking into your personal fitness plan with Susan Yungblut, Physiotherapist and Certified Urban Poling Instructor. Experience how this activity can improve posture, increase upper body and core strength, provide an enhanced cardiovascular workout while reducing impact on the lower back, hips, knees, ankles, and feet, and be SOCIAL and FUN at the same time! Following a brief introduction and demonstration, you will be sized for Urban Poling poles.  You will warm up, take an invigorating 40-minute walk, and cool down together.  Poles provided, though you are welcome to bring your own if your prefer.
